I started DepoStack after years of watching skilled professionals compensate for repeated entry, weak handoffs, and tools that made ordinary work harder than it needed to be.

The goal is practical: improve repeatable work, keep consequential decisions human-controlled, and state clearly what exists today.

What is DepoStack?

DepoStack is a software company building practical tools for the people who make and rely on the legal record. Exhibits, Review, and Video are the first commercial modules. DepoAudio and CasePrompts are already in the field.

What can I use today?

DepoAudio is available as an open-source project and CasePrompts is in preview. DepoStack Exhibits is in private beta. Review and Video remain early-access directions while scope, evidence, and release terms are validated.

Why do the modules use descriptive names?

Early product directions use the DepoStack house mark plus a plain capability label. That keeps the family understandable without implying that every working descriptor is a separately cleared trademark.

Which reporting methods are you building for?

The family is being designed around stenographic, voice, digital, and legal-video workflows. Exact platforms, inputs, outputs, and compatibility are tested and published module by module.

Will my data be portable?

Portability is a product principle, not a blanket promise. Actual import, export, storage, retention, and deletion terms will be published for each module before public launch.

How will pricing work?

Before a module becomes paid, its price, billing model, cancellation terms, and any beta-conversion terms will be published openly. There is no paid DepoStack offer on this site today.

Andrew Mayes is the founder of DepoStack and Director of Technology at a long-running reporting firm. His work spans legal technology, product development, reporting operations, legal video, production, and agency systems.
